hype SWISS is a Swiss brand offering simple, modern and accessible telecom solutions for individuals, freelancers and businesses. The hype SWISS universe brings together Mobile, Internet Wi-Fi, vitamin-packed TV, fixed-line telephony, Fruit Baskets, a connected product shop, and a physical location in the heart of Geneva: the hype SWISS Center. The goal is clear: to make Swiss telecom services easier to understand, more human and easier to choose, with offers presented in a simple, direct and transparent way. Example: a customer looking only for a mobile subscription can choose a Mobile fruit. A family wishing to combine Internet, TV, Mobile and Fixed-line services can create a Fruit Basket. A company or freelancer can also visit the hype SWISS Center to get advice, activate a service, sign a contract or book a professional space.

Why are hype SWISS offers named after fruits?

Because telecom services are often too technical, too cold and too difficult to compare. hype SWISS uses fruits to make each offer more intuitive, more visual and easier to remember. Each fruit corresponds to a specific use, service level or combination. Example: instead of comparing a long technical sheet, a customer can quickly understand that Cherry refers to a Mobile Basic offer, Watermelon to a Mobile Classic offer and Melon to a Mobile Premium offer. In the same way, Apple, Banana, Orange or Strawberry may represent different levels of Internet Wi-Fi, from everyday use to very high-speed fibre.

Is hype SWISS only for private customers?

No. hype SWISS is designed for private customers, but also for freelancers, SMEs, shops, associations, business networks, clubs, communities and companies. Example: a private customer can choose a Mobile and Internet subscription for their home. A freelancer can combine Internet, Fixed-line and Mobile services for their business. An SME can use hype SWISS to equip its team, organise a meeting at the Center or recommend the offers through the Ambassador Program.

Where is the hype SWISS Center located?

The hype SWISS Center is located at 12 rue des Gares, 1201 Geneva, very close to Cornavin Station. It is a physical place where customers can meet the team, get support, discover the offers, activate an eSIM, test Internet and TV, sign a contract or book a professional space. Example: a customer hesitating between two Internet offers can come on site, explain their home setup, usage and connected devices, and receive a concrete recommendation.

Are prices displayed including or excluding VAT?

Prices are displayed in CHF excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT is added in accordance with current legislation. The current standard VAT rate in Switzerland is 8.1%. Example: if a subscription is displayed at CHF 41.- per month excluding VAT, the final invoiced amount will include the applicable VAT when the product or service is subject to it.

What payment methods are accepted?

hype SWISS may offer several payment methods depending on the products and services concerned, including card payments, digital payment solutions and, where available, payment in instalments through a financial partner. Example: a customer can pay for a subscription, order a product from the shop or choose an instalment payment solution for a more expensive device, subject to approval by the relevant partner.

Is my personal data protected?

Yes. hype SWISS processes personal data in connection with its services, orders, subscriptions, payments, support, appointments, newsletters, Ambassador Program, competitions, bookings and events, in accordance with the applicable terms and policies. Example: if a customer requests number portability, hype SWISS must process certain technical and contractual information. If a participant enters the competition, the data required to verify their participation is collected and used for that purpose.
