Shipping and Delivery Policy

General
This policy describes how we prepare, ship, and deliver physical products ordered on our store (routers, phones, Smart TV sticks, TVs, accessories).
For TELECOM services, "delivery" may also be digital (activation, eSIM) and/or include hardware shipment depending on the offer (see section 8).
1. Delivery zones
Switzerland only (unless otherwise stated in writing).
2. Preparation and shipping times
Indicative time: 1 to 15 working days from order confirmation (variable depending on stock, transport, periods, bulky products). Times may be extended in case of force majeure or carrier delay.
3. Delivery costs
Fixed costs: CHF 9.- per order, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at payment.
4. Carriers and tracking
Shipping via selected carriers (Swiss postal service and/or logistics partners). Tracking may be communicated by e-mail when available.
5. Delivery address and customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete address and being reachable if the carrier needs to coordinate delivery. In case of address error, unclaimed parcel, or carrier return, re-shipping fees may apply.
6. Receipt, damaged parcel, missing product
Upon receipt, check the condition of the parcel, take photos in case of visible damage, and contact us quickly with order number + photos + description.
7. Risk transfer
Risks of loss, theft, or damage are transferred upon delivery.
8. TELECOM specifics
Depending on the offer, TELECOM services are provided with a minimum duration of 12 months and may include activation fees CHF 50.- (1x).
a) Digital delivery
Service activation (Internet/TV/Fixed/VoIP) with provisioning steps. eSIM provided digitally (QR code) when offered.
b) Physical delivery (hardware)
Shipping follows the rules of sections 2 to 7. Times depend on availability and activation steps.
9. Basic installation (option)
Installation at a flat fee of CHF 50.-, additional fees possible if necessary.
